The menu from Chef Antonia offers an opportunity for guests to explore the depths. The food she serves inspires curiosity. This was the result after she stepped outside of into the Long Island suburbs and entered the rich and diverse landscape of Los Angeles. Black Market does not have an unifying direction, which is the reason why it was created. It could start with dill potatoes chips, shishito chilies and then continue with Korean Wings and meatballs. In 2012 Lofaso collaborated with Penguin to launch The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious Home-cooked Meals and tells how she overcame while studying at the prestigious French Culinary Institute, and simultaneously raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso states that her love for cooking is the driving motivation behind her successes. She stays in the know with a keen attention to trends and fashion.
